Maria is the Home Manager at Thornfield Care Home and has over 18 years of experience, having worked as a Registered Manager. Maria previously achieved her Masters in International Relations with a specialism in Global Security and Safety and has worked for private, commercial, and non-profit organisations. Throughout her experience, Maria has gained a real understanding of running successful care homes, independent living, and home care facilities, as well as managing a dedicated care team providing person-centred care. In this role, Maria looks forward to ensuring high-quality care standards and leading the team to deliver first-class care and support to all.
